Mat Pezon - Chemical Engineer Turned Full-Time Investor

Mat worked as a chemical engineer for 12 years before recently becoming a full-time real estate investor in 2022. He got a Master's degree in International Management  at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. While working his regular job, Mat would spend his nights and weekends looking for foreclosures, learning and asking questions about real estate investing, and working on his personal finances. He and his wife have now been purchasing rental properties since 2014 in the Allentown, PA in the greater Lehigh Valley area.
