Prior to starting a career in real estate and short sale services, Vlad was an Economist with a Federal Government Agency, Small Business Consultant, and an Entrepreneur. Vlad Kats started his real estate business with short sales in 2006 by forming the Atlas Home Group. After that he became Team Leader and eventually General Manager of a few real estate franchises. By his third year, he had over 400 agents, 3000 transactions, making over $1M in profit.
