Episode 228: Grant Warrington - Millionaire in 4 Years

4 years is what it took Grant Warrington to become a millionaire from real estate investing, once he started. His journey started with limited knowledge and no money, much like many of us! Episode 227: Davielier Turner - From Jail To Real Estate Investing

Davielier Turner started out his adult life in jail from selling narcotics. Once he got our of jail, he decided to make a change. Fast forward and Davielier is now a real estate broker, instructor, and investor in New Jersey. He has been selling real estate and flipping homes for more than 20 years. He is the owner of Pinnacle Real Estate Group and B.C. Enterprises, a company that specializes in flipping real estate. In addition, he has published 3 books and has a 4th book coming out June 20th, 2024.

Episode 226: Jordan Moorhead - House Hacking & Mobile Home Parks

Jordan Moorhead is a real estate agent and investor experienced in house hacking, BRRRRs, as well as mobile home parks. In addition to that, he's moved around the United States a bit, allowing him to build strong real estate investing connections and teams in multiple states. This has allowed him to invest in Kentucky, Minnesota, as well as his current home in Austin, Texas. Most recently he's jumped into mobile home park investing, having closed on a park in 2023. Episode 225: Dan O'Halloran - Running A Real Estate Team & Investing

Dan O'Halloran leads the O'Halloran Group, a residential real estate team based out of the Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire, along with his wife Christina. In addition to their team, consisting of a handful of agents and admin staff, they also own the office building that they use, as well as a few other properties and a lake home that also serves as a short-term rental during times they aren't using it. Episode 223: Charisse Walker - From Food Stamps & 400k In Debt To Financial Freedom

Charisse Walker is not your typical real estate investor. Her journey from living on food stamps and being 400k in debt to financial freedom, she had to scrape and claw her way to success. Episode 216: Bryce Robertson: Negative Net Worth To Time, Financial & Location Freedom in 2.5 Years

Not many people have the Freedom Trinity - financial, time and location freedom. For Bryce Robertson, this is his reality, however it was not always the story. Growing up in Australia, he was a high school dropout with no knowledge of business and entrepreneurship. After working a few years in gold mines and traveling the world, he ended up in the USA. Episode 215: Anders Jacobson - From $0 To Millionaire At 27

After winning a college basketball national championship and receiving MVP honors, Anders Jacobson felt on top of the world. Episode 214: Jodi Nielsen: Unlocking The Power of Cost Segregations On Your Real Estate Investments

Benjamin Franklin famously said back in 1789 "Nothing is certain but death and taxes." Jodi Nielsen would quickly chime in "I can help defer one of them." Jodi is a Sr. Account Executive for Cost Segregation Services Inc (CSSI) which has performed over 40,000 Cost Segregation studies. The goal of having a cost segregation study on your investment property is to help accelerate up to 40% of a building's depreciation so that you can use your money now to help make more money. For every 500k on a building, they find that they are able to provide a tax savings benefit in the range of 40-80k (note: this is an estimate only. Your situation may be different). After getting her degree in Nuclear Medicine and working as a Administrator of a Medical Clinic, co-owning a shipping and packing company, and serving as a consultant, Jodi found her home working for CSSI. She is extremely passionate about helping real estate investors free up capital that they can use to continue to grow their wealth. In this episode, we walk through the basics of Cost Segregation studies, who it is a good fit for, and the benefits of how it can help you in your real estate investing journey.

Episode 213: Rob Natale - Helping Medical Professionals Passively Invest

Rob Natale is the founder of North Square Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Episode 211: Sonny Moyers - Solving Problems In Real Estate

Sonny Moyers has been a real estate agent since 1971. Based out of the Dallas Fort Worth area, he's a top 1% agent in Texas for many years in his career. Episode 209: Bill Ham - Creative Financing To Acquire 402 Units

Back in 2005, Bill Ham walked away from his lucrative career as a corporate pilot. After buying his first deal via creative financing, he quit his job and went full-time into real estate. Episode 204: Troy Meyers - From 1 Foreclosure to An 18 Unit Apartment & 2 Short Term Rentals

Troy Meyers is a former college athlete that got his start flipping motorcycles in college. After buying & selling over 20 motorcycles in college, he turned his attention to flipping houses. Along with his wife, they've flipped single family homes, multi-family homes and are also working on short-term rentals. Episode 202: Clint Harris - Turning 2 KMarts, a Piggly Wiggly, and 3 Warehouses Into Profit Machines

Clint Harris originally was in medical sales and used real estate as a way to build income & wealth on the side. He built a portfolio of single-family homes, BRRRR's, small Multi-Family, short-term rentals. You name it, he's dabbled in it. What he found was all of these may have helped build income & wealth, yet didn't necessarily give the location and time freedom he was desiring for his future. He linked up working as a General Partner & doing Investor Relations for Nomad Capital and shifted his focus to syndication of self-storage units. This past year, his team helped turn 2 vacant Kmart stores, an old Piggly Wiggly grocery store, and 3 warehouses and turned them into $100M of Class A, climate-controlled, self storage units. Their goal is to hit $500M in assets in 5 years and $1B in assets in 10 years. Clint is also the host of the Truly Passive Income Podcast, and founded Going Coastal Property Management, a short-term rental managing company servicing almost 100 units in North Carolina.

Episode 201: Greg Mohr - Grow Your Wealth Combining Franchising & Real Estate

Greg Mohr got his start working for a master franchisor for Taco Bell. He quickly saw how a franchise can be a vehicle to build the live you want and strive towards financial freedom. His path eventually led him to pursue a master's degree and work in engineering. He also purchased a dry cleaning business and some rental properties on the side. He found his corporate job unfilling and could tell his heart wasn't in it. After getting laid off, he realized he never wanted to work for another person again and put his control in his hands. He invested in a telecommunications consulting franchise and hasn't looked back since. He is now the head of Franchise Maven, a franchise consulting firm that works to partner ambitious entrepreneurs and corporate employees with great franchise opportunities that are a fit for them and their future goals. He's also the author of a Wall Street Journal best selling book, "Real Freedom: Why Franchises Are Worth Considering and How They Can Be Used For Building Wealth."
